An educational entertainment game based on symbolic tarot associations.

Complete the Tarot Spread is a game for learning to read cards together. Each round places two cards in a three-position spread and leaves the final place empty. Your challenge is to choose, from four possibilities, the card that continues the story most coherently.

How to play

First notice the role of the two visible cards: they may describe a situation and its obstacle, an origin and the present, or a drive and its tension. Then read what the empty position needs and choose its best ending. Once you answer, the third card takes its place and the complete reading appears.

Three levels for combining cards

Guided reading uses the 22 Major Arcana and a clear situation, obstacle and advice structure. Full deck brings in all 78 cards and three types of spread. Close reading offers similar alternatives, often from the same suit or rank, so you can practise small but important differences.

Why one card fits better

Tarot can support more than one reasonable interpretation, but an exercise needs a specific relationship. After each choice, you will therefore see the thread connecting the three positions, the clue that makes one option the answer to the exercise and the different direction each of the other three cards would have taken.

234 sequences and a living bank

The game includes 234 core sequences: three readings for each of the 78 cards. It can also show teaching variations previously created with AI and stored in a cache. You never have to wait for a response to be generated: every game is prepared from a bank that is already available.

Practise at your own pace

You can play a quick set of ten spreads, a twenty-spread study session or continue in free practice. Missed cards are more likely to return in future games. Progress remains in this browser and no account is required.
