Will the family conflict be resolved?

An inheritance that split the table in two, a reproach nobody takes back, siblings who now speak through intermediaries. Family conflicts hurt differently than any other: the people we quarrel with are the ones we cannot simply replace, and the empty chair at every gathering keeps asking its question.

Choose three of the 22 major arcana and the reading interprets them together: the true root of the conflict — which is often older than the argument that lit it —, the disposition of each side beneath the pride, and where the thaw could realistically begin. Justice in this spread asks for fairness before affection; Temperance is the card of bridges rebuilt slowly; The Tower warns that something must finish falling before anything can be rebuilt.
