Am I valued at work?

You stay late, you cover for others, you keep things running — and the recognition never quite arrives. No raise, no thank-you, sometimes not even your name in the meeting. Wondering whether anyone actually values what you do is not vanity: it is the need every person has to matter where they spend half their life.

Choose three of the 22 major arcana and the reading interprets them as a whole: how you are really seen by the people above and around you, what your work weighs when decisions are made, and whether your effort is heading towards reward or towards being taken for granted.
